CMM's have a least 5 years Marina Manager experience managing a large marina facility (over 100 vessels).
The internationally recognised Certified Marina Manager (CMM) designation is the assurance that your future can be both financially and professionally rewarding and distinguishes you as an outstanding marina professional.
CMM's span the globe with over 250 active CMM's worldwide. The Global Marina Institute (GMI) an educational partnership between the British Marine Federation (BMF) and Marina Industries Association of Australia (MIAA), offer the CMM program in Australia, UK and Europe.
The CMM program is characterised by the open sharing of experiences, ideas and information, if forms a community of professionals whose networking opportunities are unmatched.

To achieve CMM recognition, you are required to go through an Application Process:

CMMs are expected to continuously improve and are expected to annually submit a record of their Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
